Personal Coaching Booking Options
I offer three coaching programme options. Contact me to make a booking

which programme will best suit your needs.
Option A
A standard coaching programme of ten sixty-minute weekly telephone coaching
sessions, plus two extra ninety-minute sessions – one to kick-start
the coaching process and a second ninety-minute mid-programme review. This
option is the most appropriate where, like most people, you wish to have
space to think, to regain control and to make significant positive changes
to your life as a whole, for example to regain balance across your life.
It is also the most appropriate option where you feel you want to work on
a complex single issue in more depth.
Option B
A course of six sixty-minute weekly telephone coaching sessions, appropriate
where you have a single issue or specific, boundaried area of your life
that you want to significantly change for the better, for example introducing
a health and wellbeing programme into your life. On booking Option B, you
will receive a free additional 30-minute introductory session to set up
the coaching relationship and to start exploring what you want to achieve.
Option C
A sixty-minute telephone coaching session. This option can be used to enable
you to find out more about how coaching will benefit you and to begin exploring
your goals. By the end of the session you will have the beginnings of an
action plan in place to start making positive changes.
*I am able to arrange coaching sessions flexibly and for example where you
are away, your sessions will be rescheduled for your return
