About the Coach

I have formal training in Personal Life Coaching and have an Advanced Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching from the Coaching Academy, the largest Coach Training School in Europe.

I have come to coaching with seven years experience working to empower patients and staff in a variety of NHS and Voluntary Sector settings, through training, workshops, advice-giving roles and one-to-one support and advocacy. A successful Public Sector Senior Manager, I also have extensive experience of development and day-to-day management of business in the private sector as well as a broad range of skills developed from a varied early career path.

The common thread that has run through my career to date is working in a support or advice-giving capacity, helping people to make the most of their unique situation and potential. A series of challenges in my life has strengthened my belief in the power of individuals to shape their lives as they wish, given the support they need and this, coupled with my experience and training has enabled me to work very successfully with clients in the incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable role of Life Coach.

I am currently based in the Montpellier area in the south of France.
